Terms of sale
1. Who we are
These terms apply to every order placed on friends-family.mmmhh.co. The seller is Yahya Ennouari, Avenue Van Volxem 407, 1190 Forest, Belgium, VAT number BE 0801.168.827, trading as MMMHH ("we"). You can reach us at yahya@m-h-c-s.com.
2. The sale and the products
The Friends & Family Sale runs until Friday 9 October 2026 at 23:59 (Brussels time), or until stocks run out. Five packs are available:

The Amlou Therapy Pack is limited to 30 packs in total for this sale. Once a size is sold out, it will not be restocked.
Amlou ingredients: almonds, argan oil, honey, Himalayan salt. Contains almonds (tree nuts). Not suitable for children under one year old because of the honey. Store all products in a cool, dry place. Best before: see each product's label.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros and include 21% Belgian VAT. The struck-through price next to each pack is the regular price of the same products outside this sale. Delivery costs a flat €6 per order to Belgium, France and the Netherlands. Hand delivery, when possible, is free. The total is shown in your cart and on the payment page before you pay.
4. Ordering and payment
You add packs to your cart on the website, choose delivery or hand delivery, and pay on the secure Stripe payment page. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. You then receive a confirmation email and an invoice.
Each order is limited to one Amlou Therapy Pack and to three of each other pack. We may cancel and fully refund orders that go around these limits or that we cannot fulfil because of a stock error.
5. Delivery and hand delivery
Delivery: we ship to Belgium, France and the Netherlands only. Orders usually arrive within 4 to 7 working days. You receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
Hand delivery: if you choose hand delivery, we contact you by email or phone within 48 hours to agree on a time and place. Hand delivery depends on where you are and on our availability. If it is not possible, we tell you and offer to ship your order or refund it in full.
If your order is late or arrives damaged, contact us and we will sort it out.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear statement by email (you can use the form below). Then return the products within 14 days of that email. Return shipping is at your cost.
Food products must be returned sealed. For health and hygiene reasons, a jar, bottle or spice pack that has been opened after delivery cannot be returned. The t-shirt must be unworn and unwashed.
We refund the price of the returned products and the initial delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the products back before refunding.
We do not offer exchanges.

7. Legal guarantee
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years for the t-shirt). If something is wrong with your order, contact us with your order number and a photo.
8. Complaints and applicable law
If you have a problem, contact us first at yahya@m-h-c-s.com. We reply within 5 working days. If we can't solve it together, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be). These terms are governed by Belgian law. This does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.

What we collect and why
- Name, email, phone number and, if you choose delivery, your shipping address: to process, deliver or hand over your order and follow up on it (performance of the contract).
- Invoice and order details: to meet our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
- Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process your payment.
- Our shipping carrier, if you choose delivery.
- Netlify, which hosts this website.
We never sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data are kept for 7 years, as required by Belgian accounting law. Other data are deleted once they are no longer needed for your order.
Cookies and storage
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there if you come back; it is never sent to us until you check out. The Stripe payment page uses its own cookies to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, limit or object to its use, or receive a copy of it. Email us at yahya@m-h-c-s.com. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
